FIVE
THINGS GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW
FIRST:
You Need To Be Saved.
“For
all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23. “…Except a
man be born again, he cannot see the
SECOND:
You Cannot Save Yourself.
“Not
by work of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He
saved us…” Titus 3:5
THIRD:
Jesus Has Provided For Your Salvation.
“Who
(Jesus) his own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being
dead to sins, should live unto righteousness…”
I Peter 2:24. “For God so loved
the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him
should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16.
FOURTH:
You Must Accept Jesus For Salvation.
“…Believe
on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, …” Acts 16:31. “But as many
as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them
that believe on His name.” John
1:12. “That if thou shalt confess with
thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised
Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9.
FIFTH:
Now Is The Time To Accept Jesus As Your Saviour.
“…behold,
now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” II Corinthians 6:2 “Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no
one comes to the Father, but by Me.”
John 14:6.
Our
goal in ministry and life is to point the unsaved toward the love of God. He
loves you regardless of where you just came from, what you just said or
did. God loves you. He loves you so much that He wants to make
your life and your eternity better than ever.
To talk to God you have to talk to His Son Jesus Christ. You can pray a simple prayer. You don't have to clean up first or make
yourself presentable, just talk to Him.
He really wants to hear from you and you can talk to Him just like you'd
talk to a friend. Pray a prayer
like...
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I believe that You died on the cross for my
sin and rose from the dead to be my Lord.
Jesus, I now repent of my sin
and personally invite You to come into my life and save me I pray. Cleanse me
of all my sins and dwell in my heart.
Thank you, Jesus, for loving me
and saving me and giving me the free gift of eternal life. Thank you Jesus for I confess You now as my
Lord and Saviour, and I promise to live for You as You reveal Yourself to me
through Your Word, The Bible. In
Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
